Hip Pointer More Condition_symptoms Why Do I Have A Hip Pointer?

Why do I have a hip pointer? - hip pointer more condition_symptoms

Hip pointers are typically caused by direct contact blows in sports such as football. I'm just running cross country and never a direct hit in the hip. Now I have a hip injury. One day, my hip started hurting just for no reason at all, now every time I run my hip is killing me. Who knows why this is happening to me?

The shoes are a possibility, but it is very likely due to the weakness of the gluteus medius. This is one of the hip muscles. Your task is to stabilize the hip in the other leg, is in the air. This can be very small, with one leg slightly longer than the other, different lengths of passage among other things. I suggest you consult a physiotherapist and they vote for your feet and longer. You are looking for muscle and joint imbalances. More than a stretching program, a program to increase the deficit. To fix the problem, instead of cement.
