How do you make the cajun crab dip that you buy in the seafood section of the super market? - cajun crab dip

1 pound crabmeat, picked over
6 spring onions, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, diced
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
Garlic powder to taste
Tabasco to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Roasted onions and peppers in butter.
Place in a slow cooker with tomatoes, spices and cheese.
Cook over high heat until the cheese has melted.
Add prawns and cook for about 60 minutes.

You must start with "fake meat" crabs. There are no commercial use to the right. Quality of sour cream and Cajun seasoning to taste the cake. If you are not into the sour cream, with a good cheese. Blend and whip in a blender with a little milk to thin as needed. I hope you liked my suggestion!
